We are jumping for joy. Our utility bill is virtually gone. Since the commissioning of our 2.3kW Solar Photovoltaic system we can watch the meter go backwards and our utility bill literally disappear. The sales and installation staff of Clean Power Resources, Inc were polite and extremely knowledgeable.

We my family and I are so pleased with the product that Buck Electric has put in our home. We are so concerned with cutting cost that this has cut our SDG&E bill more that half the cost. and since then (2 years ago) we have put a well in and our bill is still low and is now about half of want it use to be.

Buck Electric installed our PV system about three years ago, while we were doing a major remodel of our home. We could not be happier with the outcome. The Buck people worked extremely well with our general contractor to coordinate schedules. They were at our site as scheduled. They finished their work on time. They worked well with the other trade people on the site, including answering a lot of questions about PV systems.
Because of a unique issue with the location of our service panels and electric meter, Dennis designed and installed racks for our invertors that have been a real success. Later, when the manufacturer provided an upgrade to the invertors, the Buck folks came out the day after the UPS delivery of the replacement units. Within a couple of hours they installed the new invertors, cleaned up all the area, and took the old units to return to the manufacturer.
We intentionally had our system sized to allow the addition of more panels, as the need arose. When that time comes, we will be calling Buck to do the work.

It is my pleasure to provide this letter of recommendation on behalf of Clean Power Resources, Inc and Buck Electric. Buck Electric provides licensed, professional electrical contracting services to Benchmark Landscape. The company and personnel perform their contracting service to high standards. Buck Electric also installed a Solar Electric Power Generation System at our 18,000 square foot industrial building in Poway.
Clean Power Resources, Inc. and Buck Electric installed our 42 kW Photovoltaic Solar Electric Power Generation System in early 2002. Our system utilizes 341 BP panels and 17 Sunny Boy inverters. I am very proud of our PV system and appreciate the high level of installation workmanship. I could not have been more pleased with the finished product. The system is functioning as designed and I still marvel at the attention to detail in installation.
I enjoy working with Clean Power Resources, Inc. and Buck Electric. We call Vicky, Dennis or Chuck when we need to utilize a licensed, professional electrical contractor. In 2001 we were interested in getting a photovoltaic system on our house in Poway. We did research and found many opportunities, but the field is fairly complex and there wasn't a long track record, many of the sales organizations were far away. It was even fairly new to the local power company. An important aspect was to find someone who we could rely on after the initial installation that was local and also knowledgeable in how these systems operate. Our array and inverters have proven to be pretty low maintenance, but on two occasions there was a drop in power output indicating a problem somewhere. Clean Power Resources was very effective at quickly finding the problems and negotiating with the supplier to provide repairs free of charge. A complex problem made simple - that's what we were looking for.
We all want to help out the environment for ourselves and our kids. A solar power system is one obvious way to help with that goal in southern California. Clean Power Resources provided us with confidence as we made the jump to this new technology. Thanks!
